NORRISTOWN, PA — Officials in Montgomery County are organizing a virtual town hall meeting this week to advocate for the importance of vaccinating children. The CDC and FDA recently announced that the Pfizer vaccine was safe for use on children aged 12 and older. It had previously only been available to those 16 and up. The event will feature medical leaders and health experts from across the region. "Leaders in healthcare and pediatric medicine from Montgomery County will share the latest information on the vaccines approved for adolescents, and answer your questions and concerns," organizers said in describing the event.
