Looking for an experienced contractor to paint just one exterior wall of a townhouse located in Cherry Creek Meadows. See attached picture. The garage wall to the left in the picture is not included The work includes the tan siding, the brown trim, and the brown shutters. Any incidental caulking should be included and all painted surfaces should receive two coats. Acceptable paint brand and color are designated by the property management and that procedure will be identified to the chosen contractor. Timing of the work is flexible. References should be available upon request.
