Oregon Investigative Solutions, Inc. is a private investigation firm seeking a part-time process server to deliver legal documents throughout Tillamook County. The duties involved in this position include: Driving to public and residential delivery locations in Tillamook County Delivering legal documents by hand to persons involved in court cases Maintaining delivery/service records such as signatures and delivery attempts Knowing and abiding by process service regulations (which we’re happy to teach you) Requirements: Consistent access to a reliable vehicle Able to pass a criminal background check 2 references Comfortable making face-to-face deliveries English speaking Preferences: Bilingual (English and Spanish) Compensation: $25 per address served $0.565 per mile driven Extra $15 for rush service Papers need to be served by the deadline provided, but otherwise you are free to set your own schedule.
