Ashland Hills Hotel discarded furniture?

I was walking my dog and noticed all this furniture next to a large dumpster by the bus parking lot area of The Ashland Hills hotel. Logic dictates all this furniture is being discarded, however just to be sure please give the hotel a call and inquire. I’m the type of person that recognizes good quality furniture and would hate to see all of it in a landfill. I’m not affiliated with the hotel so please just call and inquire about the used furniture next to the dumpster.
