"We are delighted to name Wendy as our new executive director," said Elaine Behnken, president of the CCEF board of directors. "She has an extensive knowledge of our donors and funded projects and a deep commitment to CCEF's mission: serving every CCUSD student at every school." Behnken noted that the CCEF is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2021 and in the past year raised more than $400,000 for district programs. The foundation supports visual and performing arts, science and technology needs as well as priority initiatives that serve over 7,000 students at every school in the CCUSD.
