Written and verbal communication skills. · Demonstrated work experience in related industries. · Demonstrated success working in a high-demand construction setting. · Computer Literacy, including MS Office. · Must be flexible, able to multi-task and work under pressure. · Excellent organizational skills. · Ability to work as a team member and independently handle various tasks. Preferred Experience · Construction and/or restoration services. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment Light lifting and carrying of supplies, dehumidifiers, etc. Ability to speak to and hear employees/clients via phone or in person Body motor skills Ability to climb ladders without assistance Additional Mental Requirements: compare, decide, direct, problem solve, analyze, instruct, interpret Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour
