Assistance needed with 2014 Yamaha Motorcycle Tire Valve Stem

This is a posting for assistance needed with a flat rear tire on my 2014 Yamaha Super Tenere. I went to put air in it and the valve stem appeared to tear along the one of the sides of the stem of the tubeless tire. The stem itself did not come off though, nor can I manage to yank it out. I need assistance with getting this tire back on track without having to get it over to RideNow for what would in their mind probably be hundreds of dollars in repair bills.
