ATLANTA — Off-duty federal agents were on-hand Tuesday to capture a shooting suspect after a violent incident outside the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Atlanta, police said. Around 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, police were called to the hotel at 265 Peachtree Street where a man was shot. A pair of off-duty federal Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents who were already in the area were able to take down the shooter and hold him in custody until police could arrive, according to Atlanta Police. The victim suffered a singular gunshot wound and was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition, police said.
