We are seeking a reliable (on-time), safe, self-motivated, and trustworthy individual to join our team. Our teams are typically comprised of heavy equipment operators, laborers, and truck drivers. We are seeking a driven individual to grow with our company. This position will enter into our Laborer- Operator Trainee Program and work through each tier to ultimately run projects. Position: Laborer-Operator Trainee Expected Hours of Work: Full-time seasonal Position. Standard days of work are Monday through Saturday. Compensation: Competitive, DOE What you will do: • Become proficient with all residential and commercial construction processes and operations and travel to various worksites with other crew members to provide high quality products and services. • Continually observe and apply all leader instructions, customer specifications, and company code. • Take ownership over your work, equipment, conditions, and surroundings to keep safety first in all things both for yourself and for all crew members. • Think innovatively, actively participate in safety meetings, contribute purposefully to the Company’s safety culture, and communicate clearly, openly, and constructively. What you will need: Required • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and random testing throughout the season. • A current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from the local office. • Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more with repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and twisting. • A firm commitment to arriving for work on time and prepared to work, completing work assignments with a high standard of quality, and supporting all other crew members in working safely and efficiently. Preferred • Prior experience in construction – Septic Installation / repair. • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. • Clean Driving record. We are committed to a drug free workplace.
