CANNABIS CULTIVATION ASSOCIATE – EAGLE STREET PLANT We are a newly emerging cannabis company looking to hire Cultivation Associates to work in our cannabis growing operations. Our Cultivation is focused on growing sustainable high-quality cannabis. We have a 3,400 square foot facility and have established strict quality control and sanitation standards. Job Type: Full-time Job Title: Cultivation Associate (opportunity for advancement) Salary: $15/hour minimum, up to $20/hour depending on experience. Key responsibilities include: • Working in all aspects of Cultivation, including maintaining healthy genetics, propagation, Veg and Flower phases, and harvest, • Tracking inventory in METRC as required by Municipal and State regulations, • Following established production procedures, • Following established compliance policies and procedures, • Maintaining sanitation and waste protocols as required Municipal and State regulations, • Other duties as required (i.e., cleaning, organizing, notifying management of supply shortages).
