May 25, 2021 at roughly 1100 you went walking past behind me, I turned around our eyes meeting. You quickly averted your gaze.. Why? Why not walk up and just say hello?
What you looked like: 30's (could be wrong), Tall, Black, long dreads (mid back) with the top half pulled back, want to say you were wearing a black shirt.
You were also walking around with a gentleman in a light blue collard shirt and he was carrying a clipboard or something similar..
