Need a professional boat mechanic to come and service my 2004 Four Winns 5.0 Mercury inboard engine. The engine was started without oil and seized. Need a professional to pickle the engine to unclench the motor or provide the best cost effective solution. $1500 to successfully unclench the motor and get it operating smoothly.
