Hi we're looking for someone to manage the rental of our RV. Tasks include: 1. Communicating with guests on the OUTDOORSY app - booking, billing, insurance and support while they're on their trip. You must have good customer service, social and people skills. Quick replies are very important so you must be able to reply to guests rapidly on your mobile phone. 2. RV interior and exterior cleaning and doing maintenance between rentals. 3. Dumping tanks, checking tires and fluids 4. Refilling propane, diesel and DEF 5. Doing walkthroughs showing guests how to use the RV 6. Managing any maintenance, repairs and insurance claims from any damage. We average around 3 - 6 different rentals per month. The more rentals there are, the more you get paid. Prior mechanical, RV and customer experience is a bonus. This is a Winnebago Navion Class C that is parked in Carpinteria. Guests will pick up and drop off in Carpinteria. You can also setup delivery and pickup to make additional money.
