Looking for shared rehearsal/lockout space

Looking to share some space at a lockout or rehearsal studio so I can practice and record demos. Ideally 1 or 2 nights a week where I can go from 8-9 pm to early hours. I’m 33, responsible/respectful, not looking to share gear or anything of that nature. Just a spot away from home where I can come and focus. Thanks!
