drummer wanted for rockabilly/roots rocknroll

Hey there, we're a three piece high energy roots rocknroll band that is in need of a drummer. Our old bandmate and friend can't do it anymore unfortunately but that just opened the door for someone that may be the one that was meant to be. We play mostly originals influenced by mid century rhythm&blues, rockabilly, swing, jump blues, neo rockabilly, surf, chicago blues, boogie, early punk, garage rock, etc... I call it all roots rocknroll. It helps if you're familiar with those genres but it's more important that you know how to shuffle and swing. Have 30+ songs and a few demos there's a link to. I can whip up a demo of anything I haven't recorded yet to help learn the songs faster. We practice at our bass player's house in NE Mpls. He's also a drummer so there's usually a kit set up already. We're super cool laid back guys that have a history playing together in other bands. Don't really care about age or gender. We're both 40ish and crazy about making music.. Looking to book shows and make a record as soon as we can! For me it's not just about doing what I love, it's about starting a band and doing it right from the getgo.
