Maintenance Technician to assist with the care of various buildings in the Vail Valley. Qualified candidates must have general knowledge of building maintenance and plowing. Candidate Requirements • Must be able to communicate with owners and tenants. Bilingual is a plus. • Possess a Colorado Driver’s License and legal authorization to work in the United States. • Lift 75-lbs, with a willingness to work in winter and summer temperatures on varying surfaces. • Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Hand tools are required, larger power tools will be provided.
