Salary: DOE plus Benefits Days/Hours: This is a FULL Time job that requires someone who is not a clock watcher, is full service and flexible Location: Must live in or relocate to the Santa Barbara/Santa Ynez Valley Area Seeking an experienced, hard working, self motivated and vibrant Estate/Property manager to be responsible for multiple homes in and around Santa Barbara. The EM will maintain the highest level of efficient operations and will ensure the properties are always functioning at an optimal level, overseeing their upkeep, maintenance and improvements while functioning as the main point of contact for all property-related activities. Privacy, discretion and safety are of the utmost importance to the Principle, and the Estate Manager is responsible for ensuring all personnel and activity is conducted accordingly. The EM must have excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and juggle many projects at the same time while maintaining detailed records and communicating clearly and efficiently both with the Principle and the business management office. Strong oversight and managerial skills as well as an innate disposition for white-glove hospitality are a must for the EM to be successful in this role.  Responsible for day to day needs/daily walk through of main residence Manage any special projects/renovations Ensure working with appropriate Vendors KEY PERSONALITY TRAITS: -Team Player -Willing to roll up your sleeves, no matter what the job is -Sense of humor -Enthusiastic and excited about what you do -Compassionate -Mindful -Someone who is flexible and can adapt to change -Resourceful, an out of the box thinker -Someone who has a passion to serve with a team of like minded individuals
