SPIDER - this friendly, fluffy, 8-year-old kitty sadly lost her owner and is now in need of a new home. Spider is listed as being shy and needs time to trust you, but our experience has been quite different. As soon as she hears her name she pops out of her kitty igloo and engages immediately with the volunteers; welcoming pets and encouraging them to groom her. She loves attention, can't wait to jump into your lap, and is very affectionate. Often you'll find her curled up on a bed enjoying a good snooze or maybe cuddled with other shelter cats. We think you'll find her very charming and a wonderful feline friend. She's inquisitive and loves to explore the shelter. Her mellow personality would make her a great candidate for a first time cat owners or a lovely ESA (Emotional support animal) companion.
