I’m looking for a New Owner who wants a business vehicle that goes in many directions, Lots of Various Opportunities with multiple services to offer. I have built and sold 3 lawn routes over the years. Not that I wanted the lawn routes but in my business lawn service customers are easy to come by. I collected the residual income for a while and then sold them for $18,000 to $25,000, only because I didn't need them and wanted the money to spend on other things. I have close to 15,000 overall customers in my Data Base...... yes, that goes with the business as well as equipment, invoices, Business Name. Plus my own marketing tools and methods (I've used them for all 30 years, modified and developed the best response methods)........ and most of all, personal training of what to do, how to do it and how to develop it. I doubt that you will find any better avenue of business opportunity in this price range that has the track record as mine. I’ve been in business for 30 years, supporting 7 people (5 Kids). Made plenty of money, Spent plenty of Money. I’m older now, 71 and am semi retired. My business is and has been Lawn Aeration, Irrigation Repair, Weed Control, Maintenance, Tree service the list goes on. I have other areas of additional landscape business that I know that I should focus on but Ive decided to fully retire and pass the torch to someone that is younger and willing to do what it takes to keep active in the trade and take the business for their own family support. I am an Honest person and won’t entertain the thought of selling to anybody who isn’t. Success is more about honesty than the money, the money will come because of honesty. If I feel that you are not the person and that this isn’t for you I won’t let you be involved. I know the industry, have many marketing tools as well as the necessary equipment. If you can afford the investment, If you like working outdoors, in neighborhoods with no stress, are energetic and most of all honest. Feel free to respond. I want someone looking for a livelihood, who has the capital to invest and has the desire and ability to get out and get things done. I have the tools and the method, experience and means. If you like working outdoors and need a low stress environment with unlimited direction for expansion this has been a Great Career To Me. I lost my last worker a year ago, he made a mistake with a bungie cord on a trailer that he owned and lost sight in one of his eyes. I have deliberated about bringing on another worker but I'm going to retire. Plus I have found it hard to find good workers that will work by themselves with no supervision. This business is good for an owner operator who is present in the field with the workers. I quit that years ago, I miss it but age won't let me any longer. Cash or Trade......
