Only reply if you have experience installing a drop ceiling. I need a damaged drop ceiling frame removed and replaced- approx 400 sq ft. You can possibly be paid immediately after doing the work depending on if it can be determined it is done correctly. Payment is with 14 days of successful completion You will also need to take before, during, and after pictures in an app I provide you (free). This basement needs additional work: drywall installation, carpet installation, adding doors. If you are interested in that work as well, let me know.
