Seeking practice space for 4 piece band

Hi, I'm looking for a garage, basement, or studio space for a four-piece band. We'd like to find something around $150/month, two evenings per week. We typically practice from 6:30-10 PM. We'd be looking to store two guitar amps and one bass amp, plus a very minimal 3-piece drum kit. We'd be happy to let other renters in the space use the drum kit. Would prefer something in close-in SE, SW, or Beaverton, but open to other locations if it seems like a good fit. Thanks!!
