Drummer looking to build or join serious funk band

I'm an experienced drummer of 20+ years that was in a touring funk/jam band until the covid lockdown. I'm interested in starting a new project now that is somewhere in the realm of the funk/soul/R&B sound. Could be a big band with horns and backup singers, or could be a super tight organ trio, or anything in between. Talent is important, but not as important as a positive attitude, good work ethic, and openness to being creative and experimental. I'd like to find a group of players who are dedicated to the project and want to make a serious go at writing and performing original music.
