Hello! I am a 37 year old former social worker, and current early education teacher. I am in search of a studio apartment in which to operate my small (2-4 kids) early education class/childcare center. I plan to operate 7am-6pm and would rarely be there after business hours, save for occasionally hosting out of town guests. When I find a situation that suits my needs, I plan to rent long term! The ideal studio will be in South Eugene, have a full kitchen and bathroom, and some grassy yard space.
