My sweet ginger-colored (tan) cat got out of my house at 24th Street and Washington Avenue in Waco on May 19, 2021. He had never been outside of this house since I brought him here in July 2020 to recuperate from injuries, so he does not know his way around the neighborhood. He is large, has yellow eyes, a clipped ear and a naturally (born that way) short straight tail (about six inches long). He has white paws and a little white on his nose. He can be shy with strangers and is easily spooked by noises and things he doesn't recognize. He is a little on the heavy side and is not very athletic or graceful so he probably won't be jumping any six foot fences. More likely to hide in the shrubs. Please call if you see him, whether it is day or night, and if I don't respond immediately, keep calling or texting until I do. Max is a very special furbaby and I want him home ASAP
