We are looking to add reliable vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans, and basic home repairs. Must have a digital camera/smartphone to document before, during, and after work, laptop/pc, smartphone, tools, and lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use apps to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background (need to pass a background check), small working capital, locks (deadbolt and knobs) on hand, or the ability to order them at any time. You need to have the ability to submit photos/results daily, which also includes on or before your due date. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESUME. Immediate work is available for those with experience and who can pass a background check with Aspen Grove. For those with less experience, we can do training (must have some basic experience).
