Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Monitor attendance, time, moral, and skill set of crew. Manage daily crew. Ensure man power and resources. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. Resolve problems when they arise. Coordinate with operations and oversee workers @ the construction site. Solid background or infield experience. Ability to direct work of others, and present solutions quickly. Ability to read and understand blue prints and project specifications with the project superintendent in order to plan construction sequencing. Supervise layout. Continually inspecting the work site for potential hazards or safety concerns, making sure we are in compliance with state, federal and OSHA requirements. The ideal candidate should possess: Must have a valid Ca Driver License 7 years + Masonry Construction experience preferred Must be able to work outdoors and inclement weather conditions Exceptional attention to detail Proactive Thinker Excellent written and communication skills If you are interested, please send me a text.
