Need help finding the QUALITY like I had w/ Krause's Sofa Factory

One of the best purchases I've ever made was the sofa I bought from Krause's Sofa Factory. -- The concept was so simple. Choose the style, then choose the fabric; even someone like me who has no interior design style in her body could do that. My sofa lasted 20 years. I kept it and researched a company in San Diego to re-upholster it. It proved to be difficult. Most companies especially the ones in El Cajon and North Park, wouldn't even return my call or email. I choose a company in Lemon Grove and paid $1500. new foam, new fabric and new springs. After 1.5 years I'm in tears with the lack of back and seating support. I don't know what to do. I loved this sofa before, but now I avoid sitting on it. Any information or help would be appreciated. Thanks. Patty
