POSITION SUMMARY: Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of various properties around the Reno/ Sparks area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Maintaining Gardens and lawns. *Ensuring pathways, stairs, outdoor seating and other structures are clean and orderly. *Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing. *Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment. REQUIREMENTS: *Successful completion of application process. *Must pass drug and background checks. *A valid driver's license. *Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for long periods of time. LENGTH OF POSITION: Seasonal position with the possibility of getting hired on.
