We have an open job position for apartment maintenance/cleaning/painting. This is a full time job-beginning pay @ 13.00/hr and can increase from there. Tasks include: Turning apartments (painting, cleaning, vacuuming/shampooing carpets, minor repairs) Apartment service repairs (wide variety of potential needed repairs in an occupied unit) We have 2 apartment complexes and a few rental houses so having a vehicle is required for potential travel between locations (all located in SE Salem). Both complexes have stairs and some heavy lifting would occasionally be required. Experience is not needed, but some basic knowledge would be a benefit to learning the job. Basic hand tools would be required. Any tasks that may arise that you are not informed on, we can train! We may have construction style projects arise and would call upon your assistance as well, which may include deck work, exterior painting, trim work, window replacement, etc. If you are interested in this position please call Paul McFarland at 971-720-5818 He will be conducted a phone interview at that time.
