Seasonal Farm Equipment Operator (Albany/Brooks, OR) Job Title: Loader and Berry Harvester Operators Location: Albany/Brooks Type: Seasonal-Could turn into a Full-Time position Compensation: $14-$18/hr DOE Qualifications: 1. Driving history that passes company requirements for insuring a driver; may not have a revoked or suspended license. 2. Ability to understand and follow instructions. 3. Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and management. 4. Must be able to walk, bend, climb, reach, pull, push, stoop, squat, grasp, drive on bumpy or smooth surface, and lift up to 50 pounds. Job Duties: 1. Operate loader and/or berry harvester effectively while monitoring equipment to keep clear of obstructions. 2. Operate equipment safely at all times. 5. Maintain knowledge of safe work practices that pertain to all aspects of the job; follow all OSHA safety guidelines and those established by management. 6. Report safety concerns to supervisor immediately. 7. Accurately complete and turn in paperwork. 9. Work as a team player to assist coworkers, as needed. 11.
