We specialize in cleaning for residential (home) and commercial properties in Los Angeles County. * Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities Kitchen cleaning Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors and vacuuming of carpet Disposing of trash Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms Cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors Clean refrigerator and stove as needed Wash/fold clothes as needed Changing bed linens as needed Ability to follow verbal directions Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills Pays attention to detail when cleaning Organized and able to follow a schedule High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning We need someone who is available 3-5 days per week and who is available from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Your days/hours may not necessarily be all those days but a variety of those days/hours. You will usually work in 2-people teams at each job (unless a small job). You will average working 1-2 jobs on the days you work. if you are willing to do Carpet cleaning is a plus Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
