Jr Maintenance Technician needed for large apartment community in Northridge, CA. This is a full time position Thursday through Monday from 11am-8pm. Duties include but are not limited to; Apartment turns- ensuring the apartment is ready for new resident to move in Assisting Maintenance staff with work orders Painting and powerwashing Cleaning the property-making sure walkways and common areas such as the laundry rooms and pools are clean and free of trash and debree. Looking for a team player that is looking for a long term position with lots of growth opportunity. Discount off of apartment is available after probation period. Monthly renewal bonuses are available as well. $17 an hour
