Haul Master reciever hitch Cargo Carrier. Dropped of vehicle inside the lines between Converse Ave., McDonald's and Blaisdell and Wheeler Parks. Around 5pm Saturday the 22cd. In all my amazing powers of focus and attention to detail I got side tracked and failed to put the hitch pin in. Back tracked immediately and it was already gone. Be interesting to see if one honor found it and contacts me or if one without found it and doesn't.
