Community Maintenance Team - Fire Island

General Maintenance staff for a private community on Fire Island. Package delivery, Lawn Maintenance, and various labor tasks. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, get in and out of vehicles, & work in the elements for extended periods of time. Will teach basic equipment use. Summer Seasonal through August/September/October, with some opportunity for year round positions, including working as a Carpenter's or Plumber's assistant Parking, Ferry to/from Bayshore (7:30am-4:30pm) & Lunch included. Free housing available on Fire Island on a limited basis.
