I would say what the Democrat party is doing to Joe Biden is Elder Abuse. The man has dementia. He has no idea what he's doing, simply going along with whatever his handlers tell him to do. He is being abused by the DNC and his handlers, there is no doubt. Propped up, drugged up, told what to say, signing executive orders that he has no clue what's in them.
