No the Republican-controlled state legislatures didn't authorize (control) the mailed out ballots, their election laws were illegally overruled by state judges, state attorney generals and governors, that is if you believe and accept what's written in the US Constitution. I appreciate that you a Democrat only accept the Constitution when it works in your favor but that's not how its suppose to work. Briefing, announcements etc. aren't constitutionally legal in this matter when authority of the process is stolen. That's why many states right now are reenforcing their own election laws so it won't happen again, that is unless the Democrats and China team up for another pandemic to pervert the system. I've never seen a political Party like the Democrats defend the Communist Chinese CCP like Biden and all you other Democrats do. Democrats have become so emboldened they're trying to Federalize elections so they permanently steal election law authority our Constitution expressly forbids them not to. Viva la Revolution?? Making voting harder, really? It's never been easier to vote in our history in fact the Georgia voting laws that you Democrats lied and had a conniption about made it even easier. So sorry your people can't hand out food and water with Biden/Harris labels attached or any other bribe you can think of! Speaking of voter ID which twenty nine states already have you Democrats in your first bill of the year in the House want to eliminate it. What's up with that? You got Cheating on your mind? How is it Democrats can't find their ID when it's time to vote but you have no problem finding it when its time to buy some weed at the cannabis store? I have no problem with voter IDs, and making sure votes are legal. But to make voting difficult is what a political party does when the numbers don't add up in their favor. Gerrymandering? Fuck it, let's just give control of voting locations to local Republican-led boards who can open/close polling locations at will. That's BULLSHIT.
