FREE HOME HEALTH AIDE TRAINING! MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED (Covid-19) BECOME A NYS CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE SEATS ARE LIMITED SO CALL TODAY ext. 217 Neighbors Home Care, servicing the needs of the home care community since 1985, is currently interviewing applicants to fill our next class to become a New York State Certified Home Health Aide. Work is available in The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Lower Westchester County. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be fully vaccinated (Covid-19). Please bring vaccination card or Excelsior Pass. Able to read, write and speak English. Must attend a full-time training schedule, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY from 9AM to 5PM for four (4) weeks. Must be able to travel throughout NYC using public transportation both trains and buses. Must pass all background checks including a drug test and criminal background. Must have a minimum of two (2) professional or character references that can be verified. Must be available to begin working immediately after completing of training program. BENEFITS AFTER SUCCESFULL COMPLETION OF TRAINING: IMMEDIATE WORK Up to 15 Paid Days Off (PTO) a year Direct Deposit Regular Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour plus additional pay for weekends & Holidays.
