Rehoming female rabbit

I am looking to rehome brown 1.5 year old spayed mini lop. She has good temperament, but unfortunately I am unable to bond her to my male rabbit as he’s too aggressive towards her. She is very sweet towards people, she has never bitten me even when I pick her up. She is easy to pick up, though she will try to hop away initially. She will allow head pets once she gains your trust. She is improving with litter box habit, and will probably be 100% if she is an only bun. I am asking for rehoming fee of 85 dollars to ensure that she goes to a good home, fee is negotiable, if you show me your set up, etc. I don’t think she will do well around cats or dogs as she is startled by loud sounds.
