Description

We are a growing company that is adding new equipment regularly. We are continuously making modifications looking to improve efficiency, and this role is expected to be a primary participant in evaluating and executing on change opportunities. Our Maintenance Techs are responsible for the upkeep of machinery, facilities, and plant operations by performing mechanical repairs, facility repairs, equipment installations, and general upkeep necessary for safe and proper appearance and function of the facility. This role requires creativity, and a willingness to experiment. Qualifications: • Experience with equipment/machinery troubleshooting • Must be able to use hand/power tools • Have a great attitude and be willing to stay to get the job done • Ability to think of creative solutions and willingness to give them a shot • Will require overtime or working around production times as business needs dictate • Requires compliance to all department and company Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operation Procedures • Requires team-orientation, common sense and good judgment • Requires ability to take and follow directions, time management skills, organizational development and improvement • Ability to self-start and work independently is critical • Good organizational skills • Flexible hours and ability to work overtime when needed • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • Pre-employment drug screen required • This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required • Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others Benefits: • $500 signing bonus o $200 after first 60 days o $300 at the end of 6 months • Annual attendance bonus o $1000 at each yearly anniversary with no absences/tardiness/disciplinary action • Bi-weekly bonus o $50 on every bi-weekly check ($1300 possible annually) when no absences/tardiness/disciplinary action are incurred • 100% paid Medical, Dental, Vision o 50% paid for all dependents • Health flexible spending account • 401(k) with matching up to 4% • Paid holidays after 6 months • Paid vacation after 1 year • Life insurance • Employee discount on products
