Buckeye Northwest Realty is a growing property management company in northwest Ohio. We are looking for reliable and qualified candidates to grow with us as a maintenance technician. This position is a jack-of-all-trades for our a rental homes and apartment complexes. Room for growth opportunities include crew leader, maintenance manager, as well as schooling for trade certification such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Completion of work orders for occupied homes include light plumbing, light electrical, and other general repairs. Making homes ready to rent varies, but will include drywall repair, painting, and general construction in addition to light electrical and plumbing. We also do full home rehabs that included cabinet installation, floor tile installation, structural repair, foundation repair, roof and siding repairs, and much more. If a house has it or needs it, we fix it! Prior experience, your own tools, a valid driver's license, a smart phone with data, and a reliable vehicle are all necessary for this position. Starting pay from $16 per hour up to $20, depending on experience. Performance raises available after 30, 60, and 90 day, as well as monthly bonuses available after 6 months. Come grown with us!
