Web: Position Title: Warehouse Position Department: General Labor, Hourly Non-Exempt Position Position summary: Provides hands-on physical labor in our warehouse. Position requires ability to lift 50-75 lbs continuously. Will load, unload, mount, and pull parts for work related to the Tire and Wheel distribution industry. May also assist in any other areas related to the movement, inventory, shipping or receiving of tires and wheels. Excellent attendance is required. Subject to weather conditions outside. Work in containers and in the warehouse. Full-Time; M-F 7am to 3:30pm daily (1st shift) or as scheduled by Manager. - Some Saturdays and Overtime may be required. Tasks: Performs daily tasks as assigned. Builds customer relations and integrity while working so as not to create any unwarranted returns. Establishes effective lines of communication and feedback with Warehouse Supervisors, Sales Team and Customers to ensure prompt attention and resolution of conditions that adversely affect quality. Learn and become familiar with product to ensure confidence when filling orders or responding to a warranty/return issue. Skills: Self-Starter and motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner. Must enjoy working with others and be customer service oriented. Strong communication, and motivational skills required. Attention to detail Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Prior experience performing physical labor or manufacturing environment preferred.
