Reporting directly to Lead Technicians under the supervision of a Field Supervisor. Technicians respond to emergency situations in homes and businesses caused by water, fire, flood, soot, storm, mold, trauma and other emergency situations. Please note that as a 24/7/365 operation, all technicians participate in an on-call rotation to support emergencies and on-going projects. Specific areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to): We provide services to both Multi-Housing Developments (Apt & Townhome Complexes) and Residential/Commercial Clients, assisting with Insurance Related Scopes of Work and Non-Insurance Related Scopes of Work Scope of Service Required to Perform: Field Restoration activities including: Demolition, Cleaning, Emergency Flood Service, Restorative Drying, Fire and Smoke Damage Cleaning & Deodorization, Duct Cleaning, Carpet Inspections and Carpet Cleaning & Repairs (Stretch, Stain Removal, Seam Repairs, Patched/Plugs) Dryer Vent Cleaning & Upholstery/Rug Cleaning Ensures proper set-up and monitoring of equipment used to address the client’s restoration needs. Upon completion of jobs, picks up, cleans and returns equipment to the shop in a timely fashion. Provide after-hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service. Job Requirements: This is a flexible position with growth opportunity; experience in construction, emergency restoration clean-up, property management, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, including other related restoration services is a plus- We are looking to fill several positions in search of a the right candidates. An ability to interpret verbal direction and understand job work orders; ability to read English a plus. Strong work ethic, reliable, friendly people person, who displays leadership skills and communications. One who can follow directions and who has the ability to finish tasks and assignment request. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures, equipment and chemical use or awareness within the restoration field a plus. High school or GED education, Valid Drivers License & Vehicle for Transportation is a MUST! Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Standard business operations are Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. however, overtime may be required to meet project deadlines and to provide emergency services to our clients, on a 24/7 basis. All technicians are required to work in rotation in order to provide, After-Hours Services to our Clients. A schedule will be provided, once fully trained. Manual dexterity needed to perform tasks as well as an ability to lift goods (up to 50 pounds) or materials with or without assistance Position requirements must be able to pass a background check and drug-screening, must have a valid Drivers License and Vehicle for transportation. We are offering Full-Time, Part-Time Schedules for those interested, we also offer Flex-Schedules, that allow you the option to work on overflow days, or a stand-by basis, for those who may have second jobs with various scheduling availability. Preferably we are looking to immediately fill (3)- Full-time positions (30-40+hrs a week) and (2)-Part-time Positions (guarantee of 20-30hrs a week) Our company offers the following Benefits to our Employees: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance- PTO/Vacation Full-Time Employees- Are guaranteed a minimal salary of 30 hrs a week, equal to their hourly rate, upon being hired, to compensate during slow peaks in the season- compensation for hours worked within a pay period exceeding the 30-hr minimum will be paid, at an hourly rate, per their hiring agreement.
