Don't use your apartment pool pass and want to rent it out and make some money? I'll pay you $150 a month via Venmo/Cashapp/PayPal to use your pool pass that you aren't using. I'm a respectable, 41 year old homeowner in Colonial Place but I don't have a pool! I'm not a rowdy lady and I promise to obey all pool rules and behave myself. Ideally, I would love a pool pass to River House because it's by my neighborhood, but I'm open to others that are near Ghent/ODU. Please help a pool-less person out!
