Maintenance Technician

Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform various basic mechanical, electrical and light carpentry tasks. You will be responsible for power washing, electronic and mechanical door lock/closure hardware repair and modular furniture/restroom partition repair. You will also be in charge of water damage clean up, drywall patching/painting, toilet/urinal/sink drain cleaning and fixture repairs. You will be responsible for domestic and heating copper water system repairs, light fixtures/ switches, receptacle and motion/occupancy sensor repairs, and roof/window leak investigation/repair. Occasional subcontractor management with elevator, door, plumbing, roofing, generator, electrical and fire system subcontractors will be required.
