Property Maintenance Graveyard Shift Part Time Property Maintenance Position Available Please read this entire ad and reply only if you fit the following criteria: We are a high class wedding chapel on Las Vegas Boulevard. We maintain our property, inside and out, to the highest of standards. We are looking for someone who can come nightly on a part time basis to keep the inside and the outside of the property looking perfect. Must be punctual, honest, hard working, reliable and have general experience in basic landscaping, irrigation, use of common maintenance tools, overall general property upkeep. Janitorial services also necessary- including but not limited to cleaning of bathrooms, mopping, dusting. As well as experience in changing air filters, changing light bulbs, use of blowing machine, pulling weeds, planting flowers, landscape lighting, window washing, trash pickup, and other miscellaneous projects. Your work shift can fall anytime between 9 pm and 8 am.
