I would never, EVER take my pup here again. Even if they where the last vet on this earth. First, I explained that she needed a quality exam ( I already knew she had a hernia, it is large and obvious) yet she came to me telling me that she was very healthy. I asked that she check for a hernia, she then admitted she had missed it. I said, I literally asked your vet tech for a “quality” exam. At that, she jumped up ready to swing at me. My husband had to get out of the car and come to my defense. We called the police and now everyone needs to know. I will be contacting the BBB. I can not get over the fact that she missed the most obvious thing. I have no answers now to whether or not she has a recessed vulva (because I suspect she does) or if anything else is wrong. I paid and still don’t know if these pups are healthy. On top of this I explained that the pup was vaccinated and they vaccinated anyway. Google has multiple search results saying that double vaccinating your animal is extremely harmful. She was unprofessional, couldn’t diagnose the most obvious affliction, hot headed and angry. Do not trust them with a beloved pet. I couldn’t even get her records (probably so she has time to change her incompetence)!
