What you’ll be doing: We are looking for a mid-level position responsible for the majority of the physical labor performed on any given jobsite, while learning to lead projects in the construction industry. Demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn all aspects of thermal/moisture protection Use of company tools and equipment Operate all Company equipment Clean and maintain integrity of Company tools and equipment Load and unload trucks Perform housekeeping duties around the jobsite and Company premises Stage materials on jobsite Understand and demonstrate safe work practices Capable of working at heights Complete detailed Daily Work Report Demonstrate NPW’s core values of Safety, Integrity and Exceptional Service What you’ll need: Effective communication verbally, via phone and email Receptive to learning Productive and independent worker Punctual Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills Sounds Great, Right?
