Design Toscano, a multi-channel marketer of Home and Garden Décor in business for over 30 years, is looking for warehouse associates to participate in our warehouse operations. A Warehouse Associate's responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment Report any discrepancies in inventory Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills Proven working experience as a warehouse worker Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects (min. 50 lbs) High school degree Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 an hour Full-Time Benefits: Health, Vision & Dental Insurance 401(K) Plan Generous Employee Discount 2 week paid vacation and Holiday Pay
