HIRING IMMEDIATELY! We are looking for customer-focused, dedicated, and hard-working professional to join our Maintenance Technician team. Maintenance Technicians ensure the physical condition of apartments, common areas, and amenities. A Maintenance Technician will be responsible for: Executing maintenance requests by diagnosing problems Making repairs Ensuring that service requests are done in a timely manner Maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds Identify problems and make repairs in areas such as: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, and exterior structures. You must be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights. We offer a competitive salary along with benefits. Requirements: We are looking for a dedicated candidate with a High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in the apartment/multi-family is a must. Must also live within 25 minutes of the property for on call. Qualified candidates must have the following experience: 2 years in apartment maintenance field Appliance repair experience HVAC – Troubleshooting and repairs (preferred) Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Preventative maintenance Pool maintenance experience (preferred)
