Plantation Homeowners Association Inc. 600 Plantation Drive Pharr, Texas 78577 956-787-5100 Plantation Homeowners Association is looking for a Maintenance Worker. Pay is $9.00 an hour. PLUS BONUS 36 hours a week. Work is mostly done outside whether it's hot, cold or raining. Grass cutting, Cleaning restrooms daily, Mop / Wax ballroom floors, Set up and take down set ups for Ballroom Parties, Building repair, Asphalt road repairs, cleaning swimming pools and handling pool chemicals. This list is not completed but to give you an idea of the type of work and physical requirements must have drive licence. Must take a drug test before you can be hired. We do random drug testing during employment. Come to the Activity Center and fill out an application.
